It's been pretty warm in LA lately and while other peeps are still bundled up for winter weather, I've been able to bring out some of my spring attire. In anticipation of the changing temps and season, I've been drawn to lighter and brighter colors. Today I am feeling sweet oranges, pinks, yellows and greens. Alas, I have to keep reminding myself it's only January.

Springing Back Into Action

Hello! Anybody out there?! I won't even bother to get into the fact that I have been an awful blogger for the past few months, as clearly it's obvious. So, I will just pick up where I left off...only now its spring instead of winter. In honor of the seasonal change and warmer temps, I picked up this *bright* little number at Old Navy over the weekend. I thought about wearing it on Easter, but decided it was just a bit too Eastery. Perhaps it's first outing will be to the office this week, paired with my rose gold Dolce Vita Sandals & a turquoise bracelet.

Sunshine & Spring

After my previous post, I got a yearning for yellow. I know its barely February, but since the weather's been so nice lately in LA, I didn't think it was too premature to post some sunny, springy , floral pieces (and even one just in case it happens to rain).

Outfit Crush

I am loving this outfit from J. Crew. The bold yellow skirt looks great paired with the light blue shirt - perfect for spring. I didn't notice at first, but the shirt is denim. Normally wouldn't choose it or give it a second look (denim shirts = 90s to me), but I really like the combo. I like mixing dressy and casual. With the right accessories this outfit can be as fancy and as laid back as you'd like.

PS. The skirt is currently on sale for $49.50; I just may have to purchase it!

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy....

I really love Eva's dress paired with those fabulous shiny green heels and I think Jada Pinkett-Smith's dress is lovely with the seafoam accent.
