Arctic Cool

Since it wasn't super easy finding navy, strapless dresses reminiscent of Reese Witherspoon's dress in my posting earlier this week, I thought I'd broaden the criteria a bit. I've included straps, more volume and different hues of blue - including slate, azure, cobalt and midnight. Apparently blue is the color of the week! Fitting for today, as it's Valentine's Day - no red and pink for me :)
