I love this Louis Vuitton dress Milla Jovovich wore in Cannes last week. Well, I guess I should say I love the back of the dress. How fabulous is that turquoise bow - especially in contrast to the bright red? Gorgeous. I don't know about the high side slit or her choice of heels, bag, jewelry and hair, but from the back - perfection.
